“Thank you Maria in the Bicester Salon! I've been a regular client here for a few years and followed Maria from the Oxford salon to Bicester. From the service to the colour, I could not recommend the Salon and Maria more!”

“I have been visiting Anne Veck Salon for a couple of years now, the lovely Rebecca does my hair. This time I wanted something different, so I contacted her in advance and sent her a few photos of what I fancied. Rebecca gave me her honest opinion, modified it slightly to suit me and to suit my ability to manage the style, and I came away with a great new hair style which has been a dream to manage myself since. I always feel confident and relaxed in the salon, all the staff are friendly, kind and professional.”

“I loved my cut and highlights and will be a regular customer now. The only drawback is the location. Parking is not easy if you are at the salon for any length of time. However, given the high standard of the hairdressing it is not something to put me off. Thank you”

On parking, at Bicester try and find a place at the end of Church Lane ( the road next to the salon) , here there are usually places free for 4 hours. “I have a fantastic hair stylist, Kelly. I have been with Klyva number of years now. Previous to Kelly, I cut my own hair as I did not trust hairdressers. I found you fave then a cut you wanted and they would cut my hair to how they liked it. Kelly listens, takes time to reassure my and always explains what she is doing as she dies my fair. Kelly colors, cuts and styles my hair and I always leave a satisfied customer. She is a credit to Anne Veck Salon (I think the owner could speak and treat her staff better at times) and I would find it hard to trust anyone else apart from Kelly. ????”

“According to the price I really expected a perfect service but it felt that everything was done in a big rush.Not happy with the haircut at all. When you book online about the restyle it says the hairdresser will spend at least 30 min to advice the best haircut which would suit the face form etc. She spend 30 sec even less. The layers she said she will make hardly can see any. I m the last person to moan and if I am writting like this I really mean it. 45£ for nothing. I never ever go back there at all! The salon looks good but the girls dont even know how to dress to look professional and presentable.”

“I had my hair made lighter from black to brown. The consultation was thorough and the result was exactly as the colour we chose. No bleach and lots of great advice to stop my hair getting dry. Will definitely be coming back, thank you!”

“Although time was taken for a hair consultation the price I was quoted on the phone was not upheld and I had to pay a higher charge. Also the salon could do with some TLC the cleaning is very much below standard with dirty mirrors, particularly the lower half, and unwashed skirting boards.”

Dear Mary Thank you for telling us about your appointment. We'll be in touch to speak to you about the price, in case we overcharged by accident. We'll take on board your comments about cleaning - that's important! We do have a problem with the design of some of the styling positions at Bicester, which allow hair to fall into the bottom section below the mirror. “I loved my experience at the Oxford Anne Veck salon. The massage-chairs are really comfy, the place is very nice and the staff is friendly and skilled. Also, regarding the haircut, there is a perfect balance between listening to your needs and giving some experienced advice. I don't enjoy hairdressers that either do what they want with your hair even if you haven't asked for it, or they leave the decisions entirely to you - some days you know you want a change but you're not quite sure what you want, and on those days it's nice to have a skilled person take a bit of initiative and give you advice. That's exactly what you can find at Anne Veck's. Recommended!”

“So I decided to get my hair dyed at this salon the dye was great how ever the blow dry after made my hair look awful it was a rough dry I think,my partner couldn't belive they let me leave the salon like that,it looked messy and the product has made my head itch ever since,I was also lured in to buying some shampoo with I though was at a discounted price as I work in Bicester village it wasn't,I left the salon paying over 150 was givin no receipt only the card transaction one,I want to take the shampoo back for a refund,it was 52 so over priced seeing as I had a 10 pound off voucher and 15 percent of it still was soo much money I don't even know if any discount was added”

“Not very pleased with the service. This is the second time I left annoyed and unsatisfied. Had to go to a different hair stylist the next day to repair the damage. won't be going back again”
