“I had a haircut done by Anne for the first time and, to be honest, had high expectations imagining getting into joyful Christmas period with a lovely haircut executed by the Master, but was disappointed hugely. The haircut didn't keep the shape even for a few weeks (...or should I say days?) after it was done. Anne hasn't thinned out my hair and it looked heavy and surprisingly .... unprofessionally done. The cut around my ears was untidy. I had to blow dry every time after washing trying to lift my hair up (usually I don't do blow drying and let my hair dry naturally) but it didn't help. What else to say? After a few weeks I had to go to a different hair salon to get another haircut. Totally unexpected outcome.”

“Claire is a magician! I love the way she cuts my hair I’m always super pleased with the results. Claire is also an amazing colourist. She takes time to explore lots of options, go through colours and discuss ease of maintenance. I can’t recommend Claire enough and all the team at Kelly’s!! Book an appointment you won’t be disappointed!!!”

“Not good. As a shorter customer the washing basins don't cater for me. Why not? There should be a satisfactory solution in place so that I can be comfortable whilst my hair is being washed, not perched on a folded up coat.”

Could you please tell us how we can make sure you get comfortable next time you visit? I will also make sure my colleagues offer you the additional seat which we do have in the salon that helps to boost the seat up higher enabling a more comfortable hair wash, maybe you would like to try this on your next visit. “Ive been using Anne"s for years she had trained most of those in hair now around. Kelly continues tat now and does a fine job for a man anyway so try her out cut or treatment all very neat and professional”

“In my opinion this is the best hairdresser in Oxford. Expert consultation and fantastic results blending my grey hair and making it look the bomb... Kelly really knows her stuff! “I’ve had my hair washed cut and styled twice by Courtney & once by Melissa. Both did wonders with my hair. The salon is friendly with a warm atmosphere. I had a £10 voucher sent to me for my next visit - what’s not to like! Thank you🌸✂️🌸”

“Had a great haircut from Claire! I was so happy that she listened to what I actually wanted, which was to put in layers to accentuate my natural waves/curls, and give my hair lots of movement. That is a nice contrast to some other stylists I have had, who have sometimes seemed determined to flatten my curls into some sort of structural shape with lots of hairspray, against my wishes - but not Claire! Thanks Claire!”

“Anne worked her usual magic and somehow managed to work around a very inquisitive baby and stay her cheerful self. A few days later, Kelly performed wonders with a blow dry for a special occasion. Hair stayed looking great throughout the day and evening despite the damp atmosphere!”
