“Could not have been happier. To be able to talk and express my concerns (shape of face, aging, thinning hair) was so good, and then to get advice specifically tailored to my needs was incredible, and to follow that with a cut which made me feel fantastic - what can I say.. Brilliant!”

“I booked an appointment as I was a bridesmaid at a wedding in Oxford. Alistair was the lovely Canadian gentleman who did my hair and was amazing. He put me at ease, listened to exactly what I wanted and reassured me that my initial Shirley Temple looking curls would look much more natural when finished. He was exactly right and I felt amazing for the whole day. I wish he worked in Nottingham so I could regularly have hair appointments with him!”

“I had a consultation with my stylist before my appointment and felt completely happy with the service I received. The stylist talked through lots of different options with me and really listened to my requirements. during my actual appointment, I felt relaxed and pampered and had complete faith in my stylist to cut and colour in exactly the agreed way. A great experience all round- will definitely be back!”

“I had a fantastic hair cut and loved the hairdresser, but didn't really enjoy the experience. There was no warm welcome or smile when I arrived, I was just told to sit down. No-one took my coat, made me a drink or showed me where the magazines were. I sat waiting for 20 minutes after my appointment time with no conversation or reason for the wait. The room was cold in temperature and felt cold in atmosphere - not luxury or enjoyable. I didn't enjoy the paper towels to dry your hair - felt more like being in a hospital than a hairdressers. I have made another appointment to return as I loved my haircut, and so I guess that is the most important thing at the end of the day, but so many little things could quickly, easily and cheaply be done which could have made the experience so much more enjoyable.”
