“I came for a cut and blow-dry with Kerry; she was lovely and chatty, very friendly and accommodating and was able to give me some great advice about a style for my hair type and different products to use. I also received a lovely head massage and was brought a hot drink as soon as I arrived. Excellent service and I will definitely come back again!”

“I have been using Anne Veck Hair Salon in Bicester for quite some years now and go nowhere else. It's always a pleasure to have Aneta do my hair and she is very accommodating to fit me in, even when she is fully booked - where else does that? What I like is the friendly atmosphere, the warm welcome received and the most excellent service provided by Aneta herself. Cannot rate Anne Veck Salon high enough. Looking forward to my next appointment.”

“Ok, so overall I'm happy with the haircut and it's been my third visit but I think you need to seriously improve on the customer service. The language some of the staff members use to speak to the customers is just out of place. It's embarrassing really. Plus I'd made an appointment and upon the arrival i was told it wasn't on the system so had to wait an hour just so someone could squeeze me in. Again, I like your hairdressers but people behind the reception desk and other helpers need improvement.”

“Had not been in for 2 months, and my hair resembled a haystack! Morgan put it right with another perfect cut, and took the time to research my requirements from previously. Young girl (sorry, didn't get name) who washed my hair went out of her way to be courteous, polite and chatty.”

“It was the best hair salon I have visited in years. It was my first time there, and I went for quite a drastic change (from very long hair to very, very short) and I am happy to say that they perfectly undrestood what I wanted, and the result was simply impeccable! “My hair was in a state of needing TLC. I have a fantastic hair stylist, Shalay. Also the consultation was thorough and the result was exactly as the colour we chose, also, Shalay was very attentive and understood my needs even though this was my first time. During the application of highlights, she talked me through each step - what she was doing and why. She gave a lot of great advice to stop my hair getting dry and recommend the products that I should use to keep my hair in a good state, she gave my hair life again. Shalay is a great listener, gives feedback, and has a pleasant disposition. She's very easy to talk to and knows her stuff! Great cut and great stylist. Thank you! I would surely recommend her!”

“My hair was in a state of needing TLC, having not had a proper hair cut in almost 6 months. Kelly was attentive and understood my needs even though this was my first time. She gave my hair life again - from scraggly long to a sharp, modern mid-length cut that echoed the pictures I had showed her before we began the cut. Kelly is a great listener, gives feedback, and has a pleasant disposition. She's very easy to talk to and knows her stuff! Great cut and great stylist.”
