“I recently made the brave move of putting a bit of colour in my hair for the first time, and I absolutely love it! My initial consulation was incredibly helpful, with all the advice on what colour to pick and how to apply it to my very long hair. During the application of highlights, she talked me through each step - what she was doing and why. The end result is fantastic, giving the subtle change I was looking for as a 'first timer'. Am looking forward to trying something a bit more bold next time! Thank you!!!”

“Best hairdressing salon ever. Staff are skilled and creative. Am always complimented on my hair. Anne is progressive, introducing eco towels and fair pay for staff and she is a lovely person, to boot. Love it!”

“My stylist was Rebecca.She was very pleasant.During my consultation she was clearly very knowledgable and experienced and explained everything clearly.She had a reassuring manner that inspired confidence in her.When I had my hair coloured,the whole experience was perfect.She explained "after care".The result was exactly what I had hoped for,I love my hair!Thank you so much Rebecca!”

“Hello, I came to your salon on Saturday and my hair was cut by Jowita. I had a great chat with her adding to the enjoyable experience :) I really liked the new style (she layered my hair and changed the parting) and thought the salon had a great buzz about it. I have just moved to the area and was looking for a local hair salon. The massaging chair made me laugh too - wasn't expecting that! Will definitely return! Emma xxx”

“Kelly was really nice and chatty, and did it good job on my cut and blow dry. I have had a few issues styling it since which I am sure is more down to my lack of styling skills than anything else. I would say that the salon is in need of a bit of a revamp. the crockery that I was served my drink in was chipped and discoloured, and the salon in general looks like it is in need of some TLC. Of course, this doesn't reflect on the styling just the atmosphere of the salon.”

You are absolutely right, the chipped cup should definitely not have been used, thanks for pointing that out! We completely refurbished the salon in Feb. 2013 so it sounds like, from the clients perspective, we need to do some decorating! This sort of comment is very valuable, so many thanks.
