“Website order was easy and straight forward my only problem was that the bags of stones were correct colours of stones already on drive which I was pleased with as trying to get same match has been an issue however were a larger grade/size which I would have noticed if had shopped in person which meant I had to clear an area of original stones and put new stones in that area and moved original ones in other part of drive. The idea was to supplement what was there as over time they shift and bare patches happen. Service and delivery was great but the above was the only issue Regards George”

“Excellent service and first class decking. I ordered a deck pack online and it was so easy. I received a few Emails then a phone call a few days later to let me know my delivery was coming the next day. The driver offloaded with a crane exactly where I wanted it and was cheery and helpful. An all round great Company to deal with and highly recommended. 5* rating”

“A bit disappointing with every time when Keith Builders dropped the doors for me they never called just dropped right in front of the house and 3 doors I got there were damages but I was very happy when they came to pick up the damaged doors all the guys were very helpful. It would be nice if they do the same on the delivery day.”

“I've used KBM several times in the past for a wide range of supplies (Velux windows to assorted building materials) during a recent lockdown I was able to access KBMs website and order decorative gravels, cement and sands which was all delivered to my property, not just on time but in the right area (is not dumped on the drive) which was really helpful.I would have no hesitation in recommending KBM to anyone carrying out refurbs and home and garden projects. Fully intend to use them again in the near future.”
