“I had to cancel an order because I realised couldn't get delivery lorry to house, staff were totally understanding and processed a refund, no quibble. Definitely recommend :-)”

“I ordered some rolls of imitation lead flashing online. I was working on the Forres area but had to go to Keith to fetch them. When I arrived you didn’t have any in stock. I was offered some alternatives but they were significantly more expensive. Thankfully it was negotiated that they would be provided at the same price as the ones I had ordered, so it all worked out ok in the end.”

“Dealing with Keith the builders, had been perfect, I had needed the stones so my log stores where able to be placed on the stones. Fettes sheds said they were going to be early and so I had to change the delivery date to accommodate. Keith builders were brilliant and delivered the stones the day before I needed them . I had always gone to inverness, but realised KBM were in Forres so was perfect. I would certainly use KBM again for sure .”
