“Easy to order, although some items were a little harder to find. Easy transaction and immediate notification of purchase. Had been emailing regarding items and delivery and got prompt and helpful replies. Delivery was arranged and was notified prior to it arriving. Well priced compared to other merchants in the area.”

“Overall I was pleased with my purchase from KBM. Everyone I encountered at the Keith depot was friendly and helpful. One piece of constructive criticism; make click and collect an option on the checkout page of the website. My first attempt to place an order seemed to leave no option but delivery at £36, so I dropped in at the depot when I was passing to place the order in person. The second order I clicked 'cancel' when asked for a postcode, and only then was I given the option of collection.”

“Purchased some timber fencing materials from KBM, material was on special offer, decent price and competitive with other timber merchants. All materials delivered on 3rd working after placing order, albeit delivery was late in the day @ 18-10 but can live with that. Would recommend KBM and would purchase from them again. Thanks.”
