“Poor service when I ordered wood. No body knew when I would get it delivered. Said 7 days delivery on website and even the sales rep said get it out next week but 3 weeks later. Poor not even an apology or an update that the delivery would of been delayed”

“I found out from a neighbour the KBM was back doing deliveries and i could order online, so since we were off work we decided to place an order which was fab and order was being delived 3days later, that evening i realised i hadn't ordered post cement so i emailed they said place another order and we will just tag it onto the one we are delivering. Sure enough the morning of the delivery i opened my curtains and all our order had been delivered including the tagged on order. Amazing service, speedy delivery and competitive prices. Highly recommend”

“Made a purchase from KBM as soon as trading recommenced after the covid lockdown, I was lucky enough to be the first delivery for the driver after the easing of restrictions. My 12te of chippies where delivered in bulk bags as ordered and in quick time. The full process from ordering to delivery was without issue. I couldn't praise KBM highly enough. Outstanding service.”

“At the first lockdown, I required some building materials to carry out work at home in Portgordon. I went on line and gave KBM an email with my order. I got a reasonable price for all the goods I required and it was delivered and crane lifted into my property in a couple of days. I have since had other deliveries from KBM and have been realy happy with their service. Would recommend them to anyone.”
