“I recently bought joists for my lean-to from Keith Builders. The online experience was seamless. I received confirmation of my order with a notice that I would be notified regarding delivery. Sure enough, a few days later I received a call to confirm my delivery for the next day and, true to the information on the phone, the delivery truck arrived and my order was successfully handed over to me. Great!”

“I have been using Keith Builders Merchants now for more than twenty years, and they are very much my 'go-to' company for many products, not all necessarily building-related. The staff have always been helpful, friendly and positive with their advice. There are other supply companies in the area, but it is important to me that I use a local company. Certainly, KBM kept going during the covid pandemic, whereas others went into hibernation, and I think that showed resilience and confidence in their ability to trade fairly and provide true value.”
