“Ordered online which I found to be straightforward but decided the next day to phone and add more items. Spoke to someone at the Keith branch who organised this efficiently and without a problem. He told me when my delivery would be made and it arrived on that day. Was a pleasure dealing with KBM excellent prices and service.”

“I have been using Keith Builders Merchants now for more than twenty years, and they are very much my 'go-to' company for many products, not all necessarily building-related. The staff have always been helpful, friendly and positive with their advice. There are other supply companies in the area, but it is important to me that I use a local company. Certainly, KBM kept going during the covid pandemic, whereas others went into hibernation, and I think that showed resilience and confidence in their ability to trade fairly and provide true value.”
