“The furniture has arrived in perfect condition although I was a little worried when I saw the condition of one of the boxes. We are very pleased with all of the items. The only minor bit of feedback would be that it was a pity that the parasol doesn't have a cover.”

“The whole shopping experience was great, we found exactly what we were looking for at a great price. We also were able to schedule our delivery as we were going on holiday and wanted it to be delivered once we were hope. All of that went exactly according to plan. Big thumbs up. But when we received the goods we realised there was no pedestal for the parasol. As there was one in all the photos of the patio set on the website and nothing to say that it wasn't included we naturally assumed it had been forgotten. I contacted Keen Gardener but was told that a pedestal wasn't included, so we had to go and buy one separately before we could use the parasol. Not a huge issue, but disappointing, and I do think that it should be mentioned on the website that no parasol is included OR not include pictures that feature a pedestal. Otherwise surely other people have made or will make the same mistake that we did. If we had known then we would have bought one in time for the delivery and be able to use it immediately, which wouldn't have been a problem. For that reason alone I've marked a star down (I really didn't want to as on the whole there were no other issues and we love the patio set), but I can't say it didn't cause inconvenience because it did. But I absolutely recommend this company, just make sure you know exactly what is or isn't included in your order.”

“I bought a Grillmaster BBQ a few weeks ago, lovely BBQ, cleaning a bit complex but if the BBQ lasts then that’s a small price to pay. Two areas of annoyance firstly the price I paid I took a while to decide which BBQ to buy this one had gone up in price but I decided to buy it anyway only to find Keen had dropped it by over £100 just a few days later! I considered returning although already built but found to return I needed to pay pallet return which cost nearly what I would have saved, I decided not to have the hassle of a return but feel frustrated that Keen can keep changing prices. all I can accept is it was my own choice to buy when I did. Second more minor gripe Keen describe It as having a bottle opener, it doesn’t there is no bottle opener on this model, very minor issue I know but again descriptions matter and it’s not exactly described as what I bought. Another slight issue was two panels slightly bent, I managed to straighten them enough to use and they were at the back so not a major problem, overall happy with the BBQ just not the price and description.”

“Everything went well and the item was despatched quickly as promised, except I hadn't realised on ordering that I would have to be present when the package was delivered and with such short notice of delivery times by the courier I missed the first days delivery and there was no way to change the address to my work address. I ended up having to change my whole work pattern to receive the order. Not ideal”
