Still not recieved items after nearly 4 weeks - requested refund of monies to buy elsewhere

Wasn't happy with the product as it arrived with missing pole to stabilise the structure and the canvas strips were all torn. I needed this product quite quickly so I ended up fixing it myself to make it work. I would not recommend them.

i bought a water feature the pump didn’t work i asked if they could send me out a new pump that was more than 2 weeks and im still waiting for replacement ive bought many items from here first time i’ve had an issue

Hi Elsie, Thank you for your review, We have checked and we have received an email from you on Saturday 1st June advising that the pump is not working and we responded on Monday 3rd June at 10am with some troubleshooting advice and to get back in touch with us if the advice did not resolve the issue so we could resolve this for you. paid next working day after dispatch whick didn't happen 4 days later asked were my parcel is very poor customer service it would the following week not happy with there serice would not use again

I purchased a Wilkinson Sword ultralight digging spade and used it for the first time this morning. It snapped! I got this spade because I'm not particularly strong and was using it to turn over ordinary clay earth. A complete waste of money.

Very disappointed in the heated propagator. The temperature never gets up to the advertised level unless it is sitting in full sun and in the current cloudy weather nothing is germinating at all. This morning the temperature is just above 15C.

Purchased online a set of sparkling crowns. Queried functionality. Told that they were working correctly and was sent a video of the multicoloured multifunctional set which was not the set that I purchased. Did not respond to my email. Dissatisfied with customer care.

I am disgusted with the customer service of this company, I received a Clematis that looked totally dead, i sent 5 messages in total along with photos, and never heard a word. I will not be ordering from you anymore.

Hi Annette, I think you may have mixed us up with another company, we do not sell live plants and your order was for a Hozelock 30m Wall Mounted Reel, we hope everything is ok with this item. I was very disappointed that it was not possible to return the wellingtons i ordered that turned out to be too big, despite being size 8 which i always buy. The stipulation that it is only possible to return goods if the packaging has not been opened seems ridiculous - how can you tell if goods are right without opening the package? And how can you tell that footwear is suitable if you can't try them on?

Please don’t ask me to review something I haven’t yet received. If you think Evri should have delivered my order, perhaps you should reconsider your carrier!

Hi John, We are sorry to hear you are not in receipt of your order. We can see your order was placed on the 2nd May at 18:09, your order was despatched on the 3rd May with the carrier selected Evri and shows as delivered at 14:09 on Friday 5th May stating they delivered your parcel through your letterbox and you should have received email notifications from the carrier with updates and despatch and delivery. As far as we were aware your order was successfully delivered as we have not received any notification that the information on the tracking for your order is incorrect. The nozzle That I ordered along with a hose reel was the incorrect size to fit the hose pipe trolly that was ordered. I left a message on the answering machine but nobody got back to me .

My item came but it did not work and it was falling apart but my husband tried to fix therefore could not send back, he did fix them and they are now but this should not have been needed when buying new.

I've had 3 of these pitcher cascade solar fountain, each one lasted bout 5 yrs or so... this one doesn't work if there's no sun, the panel isn't holding any charge, so after 20 mins or so it just stops working. And yes I did leave it charging up before using the fountain. I'm guessing I was sent I really old model from back of warehouse. Maybe I should have asked how long had it been in storage, but at £100+ I thought it would work better.

Your order was placed on the 17th February on a pre-order basis with a lead time advertised of 6 - 8 weeks, this was displayed when checking out on our website as well as on your order confirmation. Your delivery is scheduled between 31st March - 14th April - although we do anticipate this to be the early part of this timeframe.
