“Ordered metal fence with fixings and posts, the price was really good after shopping around found these were the best value. Delivery was quick although the delivery company let them down, as the delivery driver was very ignorant and rude while he was delivering the fence, he was talking on his phone through ear pod’s totally ignoring my wife then showed her some paperwork and said sign then walked off”

“02/Nov/23 Garden Shears: Excellent service all round and you can talk to a real person ! Having broken madam's shears, I obviously needed next-day replacement! and found this with excellent pricing at Keengardener website. When I got the confirmation email it said a later delivery so I called them and they apologised that the system was not accounting for the one they had in stock which was being wrapped up at that very moment and duly arrived next day. Fantastic real service from them and their chosen courier. Would most definitely go to them first for future needs. Well done and thanks again team !”

“I saw the items I was looking for and ordered online. There was a small charge for delivery but I had already wasted time and fuel looking locally. The items were dispatched quite quickly but the courier did not deliver for 3 days saying that they had tried delivery on the previous 2 occasions as there was no one home and no safe place to leave the goods. I was in the house on both occasions.”
