“Disappointed that the item was not the newer 950 watt model as advertised ...... I was sent the 1000 watt older model. Probably not much difference but it is a bug bear of mine when I spend my time trying to find a very specific item only to find inaccurate advertising by the seller. You did ask for my feedback.”

“Excellent service. I purchased a solar water feature (water mill). Arrived by courier, very well protected and packaged affording no chance of any damage occurring. This item was the most competitively priced that I could find online, easily beat Amazon!!!!. I plan to get a further water feature this summer, and because I know it will arrive securely and will well priced I will purchase it from Keengardener.”

“The item arrived on time and was well packaged. I had a couple of discrepancies but after emailing the company and receiving a prompt reply all was fine. My only criticism would be that the item arrived without any form of instructions which caused some minor problems when assembling.”
