“Keengardener good service and excellent dispatch time. Treated myself to a heated propagator and looking forward to trying it out soon. Can’t say as much for the courier who left the parcel on my neighbours doorstep and card informing me of where it was through my neighbours letter box!! She had no idea it was there!”

“Purchased online a set of sparkling crowns. Queried functionality. Told that they were working correctly and was sent a video of the multicoloured multifunctional set which was not the set that I purchased. Did not respond to my email. Dissatisfied with customer care.”

“Very efficient service. However the item we bought was not fit for purpose so we informed Keengardener. They were very accommodating, offering 50% cash back or return the item and receive the full cost back. There was no problem and they arranged for collection and the money was refunded immediately after they received the item. Very impressed with their service”
