“Item was delivered very quickly. Unfortunately a part was missing but I contacted customer services who then arranged for the manufacturer to deliver the part directly to me. So the issue was resolved efficiently”

“We bought a water feature after they price matched another company. It was delivered very quickly but was supplied with the wrong pump, (too small). They quickly resolved the issue and the v CV correct pump was supplied direct from the distributor a few days later. This could have been difficult but wasn’t. They replied very promptly to our emails. We would definitely use them again”

“Good value products and excellent customer service. Purchased solar lights which turned out to be faulty and emailed to advise. Received an immediate reply advising that a new set had been despatched that day. Keengardener didn't request return of the faulty item as "didn't want to inconvenience me further." New set arrived a few days later and were fine. Would highly recommend this company.”
