“Wanted a Gas2Coal bbq. John Lewis was selling at £499 found exactly the same on Keen Gardner for £345 !!! Was a bit apprehensive at ordering due to the price difference. When the bbq arrived it was the exact same one I had seen in JL. Delivery was prompt from the supplier. Only negative was the delivery driver dumped it in the driveway & left !! But that’s NOT Keengardner’s fault. Would order from them again 😊”

“The fruit cage and net arrived promptly and were very easy to assemble. Access to the cage was simply by releasing clips that held each end together. I would have preferred a lined edge to the netting”

“My order was quickly dispatched and the well-known courier sent two emails regarding the delivery time. Then an hour before delivery the courier emailed saying unable to deliver. Wait to be contacted. One week later, Nothing so I contacted Keengardener. I had an immediate response. They knew nothing of the problem. but they were very efficiently on to the courier that lost the giant box in their depot. Excellent service from Keengardener!”
