“I've had 3 of these pitcher cascade solar fountain, each one lasted bout 5 yrs or so... this one doesn't work if there's no sun, the panel isn't holding any charge, so after 20 mins or so it just stops working. And yes I did leave it charging up before using the fountain. I'm guessing I was sent I really old model from back of warehouse. Maybe I should have asked how long had it been in storage, but at £100+ I thought it would work better.”

“I Ordered a garden bench from Keengardener, the whole process was very easy. the bench was the best price online plus free delivery. The bench was being delivered from the supplier and delivery was estimated as 10-14 working days, but it actually arrived within 3 working days! Definitely be using Keengardener again. Thank you.”

“Can I advise that the plastic tub that the SUPA pond fish food be of a stronger design. My tub arrived with an apology from the Royal Mail that the package had been damaged. In fact the tub had a large open split in the side of the tub, the lid had come off and the contents loose inside the packaging. Nothing was lost but the item needs to be more robust if you are going to use the Royal Mail again.”
