“Very happy with my items, the prices and the quick delivery. One item was backordered but that was ok with me. This was my first experience of using Keengardener and I won't hesitate to use them again. The backordered item was delivered by Evri rather than DPD, and this was helpful as I was able to divert the package to a local pickup point. The main package was delivered by DPD and was left on the doorstep. Thank you for an efficient service.”

“Unfortunately, although Keengardener did everything right, and despatched the items I bought immediately, I did not notice that our address had "defaulted' when I filled it in(long story ~the house we live in is one of 2 new ones, built on the garden of a third house. It has taken a long time for our house number to be recognised online. We all share a postcode. This time, I did not notice default from 32B to 32, which is currently empty). I was not quick enough to intercept Evri delivery driver, so did not get parcel. Subsequently, they asked for my bank details, so I could be charged 79p for redelivery. I am not going to do that, so I hope the parcel will eventually find it's way back to "Keengardener"”

“Easy purchase. Very reasonably priced. Needed to return the item as the connection was too big. Must contact the company, for a return code, prior to returning the product. Return postage is paid by the customer. I requested an exchange, which arrived promptly. Many thanks.”
