“The Heater works fine, The outer metal seems a little flimsy, but ok as long as you don't want to move it far. we've had to strengthen ours. When you want to change a bottle the self-tapping screws are annoying because they don't always screw out, these have been replaced with bolts. we are satisfied with the heater.”

“I have been very pleased with my communications with keen gardener and also by the promptness of the delivery of our shed. The structure is more flimsy than I envisaged and didn't cope well with wind that arose as I was constructing it. The most difficult aspect was the construction plan, which may have been ok if we had chosen the arrangement that was illustrated, that is is with the pent roof dropping to one particular side and the door positioned at a particular end. However we needed a different arrangement and it was very difficult to mentally adjust the plan and associated part numbers.”

“Great service from Keengardener. I ordered a Grillstream barbecue, it was delivered very fast which was great. All in excellent condition. My husband put it together, unfortunately, it was missing one little part and we needed further instruction on how to assemble it. I have sent the questions to customer support who were most helpful and very responsive. They have sent out the missing part which came within a couple of days and provided further instructions. Really great service and will definitely buy from KeenGardener again.”
