“My parcel arrived in one piece, surprisingly. The box arrived damaged with no bubble wrap around the garden figure which cost £100.”

“The item arrived damaged which always colours one's perception. A replacement wheel was sent but not the plug needed to secure it, this was then sent but it meant that”

“Very good but find the rewind spring can be very temperamental! I don't know if this a problem with mine or they are all the same. I've only used it a few times, sometimes it rewinds ok next time it needs a helping hand. I shall live with it for a while before I contact Keengardener.”

“Ordering process simple enough and product at a good price. After order acceptance email which clearly stated the next contact would be when delivery was due. Next contact was from driver asking where I was as he was outside my door! As I was away he contacted his boss and was allowed to leave it in the garden. Would have been much easier to have followe their own procedures and contacted befor delivery.”

“Product delivered safely & in a timely manner. No problem with the service only the product an accurate review would have been appreciated. I purchased 4 x Haxnix giant tunnels which seem to be effective in keeping off birds, vermin, squirrels etc off my fruit bed the only problems being they seem to delay ripening and you cannot see the fruit growing. I would not buy this product again. I have now used the tunnels so unable to return them. In hindsight I should have returned the tunnels immediately and purchased the clearer white material type of tunnel which is translucent and you can see through. Part of the enjoyment of growing fruit, vegetables etc is see them grow and not looking at beds covered in a mass of green plastic!”
