I ordered some barbecue gas cylinders on a Wednesday and called up to make sure they had them in stock and that they could be despatched and delivered by the week-end. I was told that yes, it would be despatched the following day. The items arrived over a week later.

Had to phone you to find when to expect the delivery. Bought via Quidco and has tracked at half the amount due. Cashback claim has been raised. Having to mess about like this is off-putting.

Doesn't do what is says on the tin - quick delivery. I placed my order on 31st March. Their website suggests delivery by 2 days, it took 4. But more importantly when the mower arrived on the Friday a single important bolt was missing. I called them the same day. They said they would send the bolt out straight away. A week and a day later, I'm still waiting for the bolt!!!! I can't use the mower until/if the bolt arrives. The bolt should have been sent out Special Delivery the day I called, that's where it has gone wrong and that remains my grievance. With this service I wouldn't use them again, nor recommend them. Indeed, if the bolt hasn't arrived by Wednesday of next week I shall be returning the goods as not fit for purpose and calling my credit card provider to dispute the charge!!!!!

Dear Gordon, We do sincerely apologise for the problems experienced, regarding delivery the delivery was attempted on time as per the tracking, you were out at the time so it was re-requested to have a second delivery attempt for you. 02/04/2014 15:16 Delivery Attempted-Card Left Glasgow East 1 A bolt was sent to you as soon as you informed us of this, and then when you contacted us to advise this had not arrived we despatched another bolt to you at the earliest possible opportunity which if it hasn't arrived already it will be today/Monday.
