“As this is a review of Keengardener and not the product I have to only award a 3 star which is a shame but for the following reason. I purchased a very large and heavy water feature. It was a good price and a very good product. However the delivery was a nightmare. The delivery driver was a star, but he had so little to work with. It is described as being a 2-man lift, which it is. He was on his own in a lorry that had no tail lift. The 2 parts were bound together with plastic on a pallet which had been loaded by a fork-lift truck. He had no choice but to cut the plastic to separate the two packages, then with the help of my trusty wheelbarrow managed somehow to get it off the truck and to the correct place. It was a real struggle and felt sorry for him, but he was an amazing young man, but he ought to have had either help or the equipment to deal with this type of delivery.”

“Difficult to write a review considering there were no real problems (apart from one small issue - see below) for which I could assess Keengardener's ability to sort out. All I can say is that the process went smoothly, delivery was reasonably prompt (although slightly misleading) and the telephone call I made regarding delivery was courteous, pleasant, helpful and friendly. At a push, the one issue I did have (as referred to above) was the day of delivery. The courier seems to expect the customer to stay in all day with no indication of even a rough window of delivery time. Compare this with the likes of DPD (whom I'm not a great fan of but let's say, possibly, the 'best of a bad lot') who, even they, give a 2-hour slot for delivery... which is extremely helpful. So, although I would probably opt for a 3-4 star rating, I'll err on the 4-star side due to the friendliness of the telephone call.”

“I purchased a garden dining set with cushions, an umbrella and stand from Keengardener. Ordering was simplecandcthe set was the best price I found online. Communication from Keengardener was prompt and comprehensive and delivery of my items was quick. The delivery men were on time, helpful and courteous. I am very pleased with my purchases and Keengardener provide an excellent service.”

“Great service and fast delivery by Keengardener. I needed a 30m hose and the brand that i was looking was way to expensive but then found Keengardener Claber hose. I must admit I am very impressed with it. All the attachments are supplied and you can either fix it to the wall or just leave it on the floor. Great value for money. I will definitely recommend.”

“Shed was poor quality and some parts were damaged. Would rate the shed 2/5. Keen Gardener are just a middle man, I received good customer service and they liaised with the supplier to replace damaged parts so would give the customer service 4/5”
