Parts missing Had to chase refund

We are very sorry the item arrived with missing parts. We can confirm we have processed your full refund today upon receiving your call following this up, the reason for the delay in processing this was that our returns team we were unable to identify who the returned item had come from as the returns number we provided you with was not included in the parcel, neither was any information which would help us identify who the return was from. Your refund will show on your account in 1 - 2 working days and if we can be of any further assistance please do get in touch.

Sorry, can't write a review. I am having to wait two months to receive the item I have ordered and paid for (£399!). 10-12 week delivery was in the small print.... not good. The item had better be exceptional when it finally arrives....

Rubbish external clock, two new batteries in two days, keeps stopping. Will be returned.

Order received scratched due to lack of packing around the individual items. 1 item was due to be delivered seperately within 5 working days it is now 15 days later and having spoken to customer service who assured me delivery would be this week, we are still waiting with no correspondence from Keengardener to say otherwise.

I’m being asked to a review an item I ordered three weeks ago and still haven’t received. Pretty diabolical I’d say. I emailed to ask the whereabouts last week and was told it hadn’t came in yet, and I could have a refund if I wished.

really disappointed with this product. Instructions poor, and not enough curtain hooks so rain comes down between roof and down inside of curtains. Also, have had to secure curtains with more ties to corner poles as wind going to rip the flimsy material. Would definitely not recommend this product.

The company are very keen for me to write a review but I have not received the ordered products yet and have not been informed if it has been dispatched or out for delivery...All very disappointing! The two items were ordered on 21/06/2018 . I am waiting and hoping to hear that the order is on the way.

Claimed to have despatched the goods twice, but nothing ever arrived! They were quick to credit a refund which was something I suppose.

Despite explicit delivery instructions, about 100kgs of bbq equipment I’d ordered was dumped in a neighbour’s driveway, blocking their garage. When I told you this had happened you did nothing. In the end I had to go and get it all myself, which was a huge effort.

The power washer which I ordered arrived and following 5 minutes of use it broke. I contacted Keengardener through their recommended site and 7 days later I am still awaiting a response.
