“When opening the box I thought this is flimsy but once erected it is quite sturdy so very happy with end result. It took about 3hours with 2 people so overall I am pleased with end result and would recommend”

“The bbq is good, you sent a pipe that does not fit and a union to make it that won't fit the pipe, have sent email and you have ignored it!! I had to buy another pipe so I could use it great customer care, NOT.”

We have taken a look at your order from your order number and can see that you have ordered online the following 2 items and we have sent the items contained on your order. 1 x Cadac Safari Chef 30 LP QR Portable BBQ 1 x Napoleon Caravan Hose Connect Kit for TQ285 Unfortunately these two items are not compatible, the Napoleon caravan kit is only suitable for the Napoleon model TQ285. We would kindly ask you to check the email address you have raised this with us on as we have checked and we have not received any emails from your email address or that contain your order number or name otherwise we certainly would have responded.
