“Good price, good communication and a sound product. The “bits” (bolts etc) a little on the cheap side so need to be careful of cross threading but all in all very pleased with service.”

“Ordered a gas bbq and was delivered in a couple of days the only issue was that it was delivered on a pallet, and dropped at kerbside. And it was very heavy.”

“Keen Gardner staff are very efficient. I am very pleased with the service I received and I will use them again. Only disappointed with the product I purchased which was Bosch Lawn Mower. Bosch supplied a 10m cable with this mower which is very short to use with this mower. I tried to buy a replacement but it was very expensive so I had to source from elsewhere. Bosch is a very advanced company in producing these products and I wonder how they overlooked this just to save a few pounds. I hope Keengardner being their stockist would pass my comments on to Bosch.”

“Brilliant. Although the website said that the furniture was in stock I wasn't expecting such fabulous service, from speed of despatch to everything arriving in perfect condition. Plus I appreciated the Pay In 3 option, really useful for a big purchase.”
