“Purchased Grillstream Legacy 5 burner BBQ, best price by far, surprised that no confirmation received from Keen Gardener that BBQ was out for delivery as it states on website no binding contract until item is dispatched, but did receive call from courier company and was delivered quickly with no fuss. Loving the BBQ and would use Keen Gardener again but keep an eye on prices as they go up and down sometimes daily, glad i purchased at the lowest price.”

“Efficient and easy to use site, I was kept informed about delivery and it was delivered by Furdeco who were excellent. A little disappointed in the colour of the dining set, it is definitely on the grey side as opposed to the sand which it was called.”

“i bought a water feature the pump didn’t work i asked if they could send me out a new pump that was more than 2 weeks and im still waiting for replacement ive bought many items from here first time i’ve had an issue”

Hi Elsie, Thank you for your review, We have checked and we have received an email from you on Saturday 1st June advising that the pump is not working and we responded on Monday 3rd June at 10am with some troubleshooting advice and to get back in touch with us if the advice did not resolve the issue so we could resolve this for you.
