“I was very disappointed that it was not possible to return the wellingtons i ordered that turned out to be too big, despite being size 8 which i always buy. The stipulation that it is only possible to return goods if the packaging has not been opened seems ridiculous - how can you tell if goods are right without opening the package? And how can you tell that footwear is suitable if you can't try them on?”

“Really pleased with both my purchases. I have a hedgehog using the feeding station every night & it’s so much easier to watch it without disturbing it due to the solar light it has. The hedgehog solar ornament is a great decoration bringing a bit of colour to my dull yard.”
