“Easy purchase. Very reasonably priced. Needed to return the item as the connection was too big. Must contact the company, for a return code, prior to returning the product. Return postage is paid by the customer. I requested an exchange, which arrived promptly. Many thanks.”

“I found the service from Keen Gardener excellent. The problems occurred with the transport of the goods. Twice they arrived damaged. I don't feel this was Keen Gardener's fault. Rather it was the delivery company for not treating the package with the care it needed or the manufacturer who should have added extra protection to the inside of the box; such as bubble wrap or polystyrene. Keen Gardener responded quickly and dealt with the situation promptly and efficiently. I'm hoping that the 3rd attempt will be a successful delivery of undamaged goods.”
