“The first Greenhouse heater they sent me was faulty, I contacted them and they couldn't have been anymore helpful.They got a replacement one to me next morning,this was literally a couple of days before Christmas.Don't worry about returning the faulty one ,we will do after Christmas when it's less hectic,which we did.Well done Keengardener.”

“I didnt receive the item as advised so it only arrived on 23 Dec which is pretty close to Christmas. It wasnt what I expected and disappointed not to receive it sooner. I made a complaint about it and only got a cursory response saying it was delivered 23 Dec - which I already knew!! It was ordered on 11 Dec and there was no indication it would take until 23 Dec to arrive”
