I ordered lumify lights and was sent a different, I believe inferior, make of lights. When I rang to complain I was immediately sent a returns label and refunded the cost about a week later. The better service would have been to communicate that there was a problem and check that the alternative was acceptable so saving time and delivery costs.

We are very sorry the incorrect lights were dispatched and picked in our warehouse, this was not a problem we were aware of until this was reported to us so please accept our apologies. The lights received were by the same manufacturer and were higher value however clearly should not have left our warehouse. We apologise for the inconvenience this has caused.

The hose reel is fine - what could go wrong with that? But the fittings which should have been included were not there: Please see my emails to your Customer Services Department. As I have received no reply to my initial email of 17th November, I am not very impressed with your service - I hope you can improve my opinion. Gareth Nicholls

We have tried calling you but have been unable to reach you, we have checked our systems and we can confirm that we have not received any emails from your email address, when you email into us you will be assigned a ticket number and a reply back confirming your email has been received. We are very sorry to hear you experienced a delay with Royal Mail from your order placed with us on the 11th November. We can see the order was despatched on time and inline with our despatch times we communicate. We can confirm the service you selected and paid for was Royal Mail 48 service and not our DPD next day service. Unfortunately Royal Mail delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed however they aim to deliver these parcels within 2 - 3 working days. I brought a Lifestyle gas heater on 12/09/2018 and unfortunately I cannot use it as the gas regluater is not british and the gas bottle I ordered could not be fitted as gas bottle connection is too big for the regluar. I was not told the reglator wasn't british therefore could not be used in the UK. So I now have an unuseable gas heater. Can't say Im impressed in any way Lyndsay Joy

The item ordered is supplied with a UK Clip On Regulator for Butane, there are two types of regulator in the UK a screw on regulator and a clip on regulator and also two types of gas butane and propane. Please call us on 01789 763 336 and we will be happy to assist in ensuring you have the correct bottle for the gas appliance purchased.

Delivery. Took a week and then I was asked to sit in from 9 am to 3pm for delivery. An exchange of email with Keengardener post the delivery debacle proved similarly disastrous.

1 The sales invoice received by e mail had incorrect delivery data. 2 had no courier details saying when it was being despatched 3 Had to chase up delivery direct with Char Broil 4 No follow up communication regarding order

Product was damaged by the dilivery driver. My shed was ralled in to my garden by the dilivery driver and nearly hit my daughter who was standing nearby. Not a strong as I thought and will take longer to build. One of the parts was manufacturing defect.

Leaking water butt. Leaked relentlessly from the tap and I had to spend £7 to replace it with another. Lots of Amazon reviews saying the same thing. Poor design.

I was very satisfied with the sack truck. However I rang your office before I made my order and specifically asked for the item to be delivered on Friday when I would be at home. I specified this on the delivery instructions which were completely ignored. What was the point of me ringing your office and giving instructions that were completely ignored.

First part of the order arrived on time, second part of the order arrived last week, I am still awaiting for the last part of the order which was given as 10 - 14 days delivery, this has now passed.

Good product, reasonable price but ended up having to collect from the courier depot 20 miles away and it didn't fit in the car. Also didn't approve the cash back which was a disappointment.

Product, which I knew was not in stock, took longer to be delivered to Keengardner than was promised on the sales page, and the order was cancelled. The upside was that Customer Care handled the issue with good grace.

Ordered 12 Dec 16 for a Christmas present. It is now 2 Jan 17 still waiting for item. Chased after 11 days of placing order and told it would not be delivered until 2 week in Jan. No apology. Very disappointed that no contact was made to say it was not in stock

Keengardener was unable to provide the item I ordered because it had been discontinued. I have subsequently found the item available on another site. I was also sent a review to complete for the product I did not actually buy but it was impossible to complete the review on line as the page would not roll down. Not a very satisfactory experience all told.
