“Bought Hozelock Reel and hose combo from KeenGardener. Deliverydidn't happen after a week but as sson as I rasied the problem with KG they sent out another unit which arrived the next day. Good prices. As for the product itself, like most things quality has dropped - unit came as kit of part with only miniscule assembly instruction diagrams on the lid flaps part of which made no sense and required googling for a video (which intrigugingly was mad by Hozelock themselves suggesting they knew of the problem). Once assembled, the hose quslity itself was not as good as earlier, kinking easily. Guess you get what you pay for.”

“I have nothing but praise for these guys. Compeititively priced and very efficient, great communication and on time delivery. Had a small issue with a faulty part and have to say they were all over it with the supplier to sort it. Kept in touch and 10/10 for customer service. Would highly recomend these guys.”
