Morning Our system sent you the tracking info on the 15th March when the order was dispatched I have also just sent you a seperate email, if its not received plese check your junk mail incase it has gone in there. could I also ask if you would revise your review star rating please as the order was fulfilled

“Nice shop but they are not clear on custom charges to the mainland of Europe with the result that I had to pay €107 for custom charges on a order of £226. Not a great experience and delivery is slow. Won’t shop here again.”

Hi I am sorry you feel you didnt have a great experience We do state in our delivery terms that customs charges are handled by the customer, this is something out of our control, since leaving EU any shipments leaving the country would be liable to your local customs and duty charges. Do to each country having its own customs tarriff we would be unable to provide any guidance on what the expected charges would be sorry.

“I Have shopped in Kathryn's for over 20years for my own children and now for my grandaugter they always have the lastest designer fashions in,lovely and helpful staff especially Simon who both myself and my daughter in law contact when we have made a mistake with our online ordering,nothing is ever a problem for him.
