“I ordered from Kathryns last week and stupidly selected click and collect (I live in Glasgow). The next day I had a missed call from a lovely man named Simon who told me he’d realised my mistake and popped my order in the post for me! A lovely gesture.. the little things go a long way and I’ll be ordering for my son again soon ❤️”

Hi Claire When you placed your order on the 17th November you selected Click and Collect from our store in Liverpool. Your order was prepared and ready for collection the following day and we notified you via email the same day that its ready.
