Thanks for taking the time to leave a review Unfortunately since leaving the EU any orders exported from the country are liable for customs charges when there received in your country. We do advise this in our delivery information page and this is the same for any company's shipping outside the UK I am sorry.

“Service from kathryns was excellent ordered two oilily coats on the Friday received next day my delivery had been upgraded due to post being on strike kept updated from start to finish”
