“Helpful and efficient replies to email queries. The only issue was that the administration fee was not mentioned on the website, so this additional payment came as a bit of a surprise. I pointed this out and was advised that it would be amended for future customers, sadly I still had to pay the fee.”

“I spoke with Claudie from Kate and Toms and she was very helpful in finding houses that suited our needs. I found the response was alway very quick and they were always able to help. A fantastic company that I will most definitely recommend and will be using again.”
