“All the arrangements went like clockwork, excellent communication with Kate and Tom's. The accommodation was outstanding and even better than the description on the website.”

“Our weekend break was easy to book, there was no fuss. Kate and Tom's were always available to answer any queries we had with the booking or accommodation. They were so much easier to deal with than a competitor that we have used in the past to advertise one of our own properties.”

“If anyone is looking for houses for large groups, I would highly recommend using Kateandtoms.com. Throughout booking for my Hen Do they have been very supportive, easy to contact and great value! They have a range of beautiful houses to pick from. “Kate & Toms were very efficient with the service provided. There was an indiscrepancy with the rental of the house plus annexe which was not made clear to us. The owner resolved this very quickly and was charming too so no problems.”

“Website was very clear, initial booking process took a little slower than I would've liked. Some details were to be updated once the money was paid but this never happened- so we had to forward emails between us to make sure the right person got the right info.”

“We were very pleased with the service we received from Kate & Tom's. Everything was very smoothly arranged. Our only reservation was that we did not think West Quantock Lodge provided enough fridge and food storage space for a family of 14+ for a week's stay. More fridge and pantry space needed. Otherwise the house was excellent, comfortable, spacious, well-equipped and with a view to die for. We had a lovely holiday.”

“Very efficient and great communication. They did give us the wrong key code for the house which wasn’t ideal and there was a lot of payments which made the process a bit laborious. For the house it was missing quite a few basic things such as a cloth to wipe the table, bin liners, loo roll. Things that I would have expected to be there. Otherwise it was great! Thanks”

“Initially very responsive but did become a little difficult to get responses from - but this was more a delay from the owners I believe but could have kept in touch more. One thing that was out of the ordinary was the large cautionary cash deposit they require a long time prior to arriving. I did not feel comfortable with providing a £1000 deposit weeks in advance.”
