“This was a great venue for a pre Christmas celebration for four extended families. The bedrooms were spacious with very comfortable beds - everyone loved the unusual layout of the accommodation. The kitchen was ideal for preparing meals for 19 adults. Excellent location for countryside walks and Christmas markets. On a minor point we had brought logs for the log burner but the flue was cracked - perhaps a recent issue? Overall we wonder if we will ever find such a good property for future reunions!”

“Marsden Manor is beautiful and provided spacious, luxurious accommodation for our party of 20. Kate & Tom's were very helpful, responding quickly and positively to any questions. Diana, the housekeeper was brilliant, and the Manor was presented in a very festive manner for our stay just before Christmas.”

“Springfield House exceeded all expectations. No photos can do it justice. The decor is gorgeous. Despite this being a Georgian period property it was comfortably warm and the power showers were the most powerful I've ever experienced. We spent real quality time with the family - 14 of us around the dinner table every evening, lots of pool and table tennis games and relaxed chats in front of a roaring log fire in the sitting room. The TV was hardly used! It's so good to be able to stroll into Lyme Regis from the property. We created many happy family memories in this house and my husband celebrated his 70th birthday in style.”

“We had a wonderful experience at Lambourn House. We celebrated my husband's 60th birthday in style. The house was most comfortable - our friends were very impressed indeed. The pool table was a hit with my 16 years old son. I would recommend the house and we are all talking of coming back next year!. The christmas decorations gave it that extra special feel. The only snag was the oven was very slow and perhaps needs updating.”

“As a family group we would never go through Kate and Tom's again! They were slow to answer queries, very slow to respond to emails, but very QUICK to point out all the things you must not do at the house we booked - considering the price we were paying for the house it made us feel that we were walking on eggshells and couldn't fully enjoy our stay. The property - Ludbrooke Manor was lovely, they had put the Christmas decorations up and it was very festive - a few minor hiccups with the heating in one part of the house, and the hot tub - well - it wasn't! - but all in all a nice house marred by the admin services of Kate and Toms”

“They have very good properties on the site and I understand all the homes interiors have been designed by Kate & Toms which is impressive - wonderful interiors. Always very prompt and efficient at coming back to emails and responsive to questions. However, there was not a lot of communication with the housekeeper. I gave all the info to Kate and Toms and then the housekeeper got in touch to ask me the same questions. Marsden House is absolutely glorious. A dream Cotswold home and exquisitely decorated and furnished. outstanding. Loved the bedrooms - all impeccable. Gorgeous bathrooms. Could not fault it. Only consideration is the kitchen utensils. A house like this really needs more basic amenities -there was no kitchen roll, foil or cling film. Limited bowls, serving plates etc. Also no table linen. Little things like this would make a big difference. Also we ran out of hot water when everyone was showering - would be good to make us aware up front that we need to stagger showers due to hot water tank/immersion etc. In fact, a house like this with the cost that it is shouldnt really run out of hot water.. not sure if the heating was on timer which it shouldnt have been. Overall amazing stay and amazing experience. Thank you”

“We stayed at river barn cottage in arundel West Sussex. Our stay was very special as it was a 60th birthday celebration for my husband . The family enjoyed the comfort of the huge barn , grounds and swimming pool. Everyone aged 2yrs to 60 felt so at home . Open log fire , 3 kitchens and a choice of many bedrooms made it such an enjoyable and memorable occasion . The seven grandchildren were all so upset to leave . Would recommend this gorgeous place for any group wanting a get together at anytime of year . Mrs v steer”
