“Prompt replies to all my queries and booking needs. Only one thing to look at which is - is it necessary to put down all the ages for the adult members of the group, I can understand the kids but not the adults.”

“The house was beautiful and much more than we expected. The amenities were wonderful and everything needed was to hand. The provision of the hamper was really appreciated and I can honestly say that everyone wanted the bread, butter and the lovely cake. Nothing was left over! All of us wanted to stay and never leave. The atmosphere of the house was so relaxing and special that everyone relaxed immediately.”

“I loved the welcome cake, the milk and bread waiting for us. All my queries beforehand were answered efficiently and in a friendly way and the property was as described in the details. I did ask for the size of the pool, which wasn't given; I think this would be useful in determining what swim games/inflatables to bring.”

“Kate and Tom's were communicative and very pleasant to deal with. Venue-wise, the accommodation we chose was presented beautifully and met every expectation. In the guest pack, a couple of the links to caterers and later the contact details provided for housekeeping were out of date, so perhaps these could be reviewed, but overall the admin went smoothly. There were lovely extra touches, like sending us a memory book for the bride with a personalised note, and leaving some fizz in the fridge to welcome us. Thank you for a wonderful experience!”
