“You present beautiful houses in a most appealing manner... BUT, I really struggle with your emails as the contrast between the grey print and black background is insufficient for my tired old eyes - it almost makes me tend to skip your emails as they cause such frustration!”

“The house and location were fantastic and very well equipped. Jane was very helpful and welcoming. The only problem we had was that the hot and cold water would suddenly stop flowing - fine if you were washing up but no fun mid shower which happened 3 or 4 times! Jane called out an engineer who could find no fault but the problem certainly needs sorting. But despite this small hiccup we had a wonderful family holiday and would thoroughly recommend the house to others.”

“The accommodation was very good and the pool was a great asset, also the 5 acres was really lovely. I feel that pint and champagne glasses could be supplied. Also in one bedroom in the Kite house there were lots of sweet wrappers behind the bed, which I thought strange. Otherwise it was a great weekend. Thank you”

“What an amazing experience , celebrating our golden wedding in such a wonderful house and surroundings. The children loved the pool, and adults the hot tub and sauna . The lovely flowers were a special touch. We had a fantastic dinner cooked by Kate was fantastic. A weekend to remember.”

“I have just returned from a fantastic weekend with 14 other friends at The Stables and Granary in Herefordshire. The property was absolutely fantastic! So well equipped, beautifully decorated and spacious! Will definitely look to return next year and have recommended the property, and Kate and Toms to all friends and family! Fantastic!”

“Well ...where do I start ? Eighteen friends enjoyed a two night stay at the Manor . It was sublime . Atmospheric and supremely comfortable , we laughed and walked and appreciated the beautiful grounds of the estate.Diana was wonderfully hospitable , greeting us with her chocolate cake and a warm welcome. Tim entertained us at his Micro Brewery and so added to the experience .Lucy and her girls produced our meal beyond all expectation !" Keene as Mustard "were perfect , thanks to Patrick ! Our stay was a memorable and happy moment for all of us !! Thanks to everyone .”

“The house was very well equipped and was clean and warm. We liked having a wood burner. The hot tub was a real bonus for all members of the family. We felt the housekeeper was very helpful and informative. Some nice walks.”
