“Beautiful house, lovely and warm when we arrived, gorgeous cake awaiting us which was a nice touch. Alison the housekeeper was very friendly and helpful ahead of arrival, as was the K & T team. The house had everything we could have possibly needed for a relaxing, fun weekend house party. Many thanks.”

“Beautiful house in a great location. Only complaint we have is that for the cost of the house there should at least be the very basics for guests arrivals, i.e. milk and bread etc. The hamper is a lovely gift, however, if there was milk in the fridge guests could make themselves a cup of tea with the tea bags and enjoy the biscuits too. In the bath rooms, small bottles of body wash, shampoo etc would also be a great gesture. All these little things can make a big difference.”

“The Manor House is a gorgeous house full of character in a fantastic private setting. The grounds are extensive and beautiful and the house is tastefully decorated throughout. It was great having two kitchens, and two sitting rooms, we had a really warm welcome from Julie who had really kindly laid out the dining table for us - much appreciated. The only downsides were that the hot tub wasn't working for the first night, and there were some issues with the showers leaking through the ceilings. We fed this back and hopefully it will be fixed. A fantastic weekend though and hopefully we'll be back.”

“Website spec was accurate, service by the office team was very good. The house itself surpassed our expectations, bedrooms without exception were well decorated and very comfortable with ample toiletries and towels provided. Kitchen was well equipped are easily served 20 people. The 2 sitting rooms, games room and jacuzzi were clean, well laid out and relaxing. Most of the facilities were new or in good condition. We walked to the local village (although only 1.5 miles away, the path is hilly) which on a sunny October day in the beautiful Berkshire was bracing and colourful. All in all the weekend was superb, after 10 years of going to country houses this has been one of the best.”

“Efficient and well organised company. Lots of information given beforehand which helped with planning. Wellacres House was fabulous. It was spacious and luxurious, very well equipped with excellent facilities. We were given a warm welcome by the housekeeper Alison, which set the tone for the weekend. Couldn't have asked for more.”

“Nicely kitted out. Soft furnishings very attractive. Lovely bed linen. Plenty of bathrooms. Always a bonus. Variety of places to sit. Television on an awkward angle for viewing from some seats. No pizza wheel. Would have expected the grass to have been cut. Morning dew /rain didn't clear making it unusable.”

“Very easy and personable to deal with and kept us constantly informed coming up to our stay with regular emails. Very good web site - well designed. Definitely felt Kate and Tom's is a cut above the usual companies - so gives you confidence that the place you have booked is going to be similarly a cut above. And, our experience at Field View, The Ridge certainly did not disappoint.....”

“You advertised an amazing property that on arrival exceeded expectation and one where even the photos didn't really do it justice! The house was so well equipped from luxuriously comfortable fixtures and fittings, down to a supply of dog bowls, leads and even inflatables in the pool were in abundance and all in such a beautiful and private location. Truly time out! Thank you!”
