Thank you for your order on 26th December. We’re sorry to hear of your surprise and disappointment regarding the delivery date of your scrub suits and the lack of response to your initial enquiry. However, as stated on our website, our offices and dispatch facility were closed between 21st December and 2nd January. The standard delivery time (for any items not in the Kara Express range) is between 5-15 days (as shown: https://karagroup.co.uk/shipping/). Please note that your scrub suits are not in the Kara Express range, therefore you will receive your order within the expected timeframe. “I love Wonderwink scrubs but had to buy them from the US so it was great to find a supplier in the UK. They were very easy to deal with, they kept in contact when there was a very slight delay in my order and I would have no problem recommending them.”
