“Whilst we did have some issues with the instillation of our bathroom, it was around Covid time when getting workers in was very difficult for everyone- (so can only give 4/5 stars). However, since then, we have had really excellent after sales service - the guarantee they provide is real and they cared. We had a small leak (due to a faulty shower unit) which damaged the ceiling - Kallums fixed it and made good all the damage within a week.”

“Excellent workmanship with regard to the tiling and matching skirting to fit what was there. Job completed in the 3 weeks we were away as agreed and promised. We are extremely pleased with the end result.”

“Incredible experience from start to finish. Nav my sales guy was very helpful with walking me through all the available options on the virtual design tool. Luis and his team were absolute workhorses. Completing both bathrooms to an incredible standard before the deadline as promised. Will definitely be coming back for all future bathrooms!”

“It was such an easy experience. I was looking to replace a shower head. Patrice was great and professional. I sent a photo of the current shower head and within 2 days had my replacement Speedy and efficient. Highly recommend.”

“Highly recommend - Gary worked on 3 bathrooms for us as part of our house renovation and the service and outcome were both excellent. He uses very helpful software that allows you to picture the finished room with a lot of features such as tile patterns, and has a real eye for detail. He went out of his way to communicate and ensure the bathrooms were installed correctly. We're really pleased with all the rooms he worked on and would definitely recommend working with Gary!”

“From the first time we entered the showroom to the finalisation of the fitting, kallums have been nothing but excellent. They genuinely are leading in the services they offer, creating fantastic designs and then executing on those designs with super fitting and craftsmanship. We absolutely love our new bathrooms thank you to the team especially Matthew (a true gent) and Luis (the nicest fitter you will ever meet). We can’t wait to have the team back for our utility!”

“We had a great experience working with the whole Kallums team - we were really attracted by the end-to-end service and they certainly delivered on that promise. Right through from design to completion, they made it easy for us and it felt like a seamless process. It was well coordinated in terms of the site work and product deliveries and it was all done very efficiently. Everyone we dealt with at Kallums was responsive and happy to provide updates to keep us in the loop but it was clear they were on top of the progress. We were really happy with the overall result and impressed at how our design has come to life - thank you! ”

“I couldn’t have been happier with my experience with Kallums planning our new bathroom. I had quite an exacting brief and a tight space, but Xavier’s knowledge and expertise made for a really smooth process and he had lots of great suggestions on layout and finishes. “We have just had our bathroom completely re-done, & are delighted with the result. Our main contacts Howard (the designer) & Matthew were really helpful & pro-active throughout, with Lorraine, Xavier & Stacey also all pitching in as & when required. The builders Adam & Harry were very tidy, & always kept us up to date & involved with what was happening. Their work ethic (particularly Adam) was really praiseworthy. We would certainly recommend Kallums to others - they aren't the cheapest firm around, but it's better to pay a bit a bit more to get a really quality service. Thanks, one & all.”

“We recently asked Kallums to undertake a complete refurbishment of two small bathrooms in our London flat. This was done at a distance, as we live overseas, with Kallums also project managing the work. We are thrilled with the design and product selection and both bathrooms are finished to a very high standard. Matthew, Xavier and the team are very professional and a pleasure to deal with.”

“Xavier, David and Adam did a very professional job installing a brand new bathroom and down stairs cloakroom for us. They were very courteous and helpful, worked efficiently and cleanly and kept us updated throughout the project. The end result was a beautiful modern clean finish bathroom. We would highly recommend Kallums and would definitely use them again. Thank you all.”

“I had an en-suite shower room and main bathroom altered by Kallums. After a visit for measuring in a discussion - during which I explained that I wanted one wall too be moved - a 3D design was presented to me. We discussed options for units, tiles, colours, etc, and a team of builders and specialists carried out the work. The main builders - David and Adam - did a great job, were friendly but considerate, cleared away the rubbish and cleaned up after they'd finished. There were a couple of things that needed to be sorted out a couple of weeks later, and they came round to fix them. A professional job all round. Thanks.”

“Having neglected the main bathroom in our house for too long we left Kallums with quite a job on their hands to turn in into something that looks good. But we couldn't be more delighted with the outcome. The new bathroom that Kallums have installed for us is truly breathtaking - they completed the work efficiently and without disturbing the rest of the house or the area around the bathroom. Any wrinkles during the installation were ironed out quickly and without hassle. Can't thanks the team at Kallums, particularly Xavier, enough for the work they've done.”

“Matt and the team at Kallums transformed our family bathroom and house plumbing completely. It is now incredibly beautiful and highly functional. Matt is very charming, kind and helpful. The showroom was easy to use and the staff helped me narrow down the vast amount of choice to fittings that were both pleasing and good value. The whole process took a long time but it was definitely worth it. The team that did the actual bathroom and plumbing were outstanding and very helpful. They were mindful of our needs and happy to come and see to any remaining snagging at the end of the project. It was not cheap, but the overall product is very good quality. It felt like you were dealing with nice people too.”

“The team at Kallum’s were fantastic from start to finish. The service I received from the initial consultation where they listened to and understood my vision, to creating a virtual bathroom, which we tweaked to my specifications. The installation presented challenges which were met with a cheery curiosity, nothing was insurmountable. They transformed our pokey bathroom into an opulent shower room haven. Thank you very much.”
