“Just a short note of thanks to Jordan R and Matt M from Kaboodle for installing our new Range Master cooker against the odds! John Lewis and Rangemaster had failed to inform them that we needed our gas capped from our old Classic 110 Range master. Luckily for us they were both Gas engineers and rather than leave without installation they went the extra mile to get the job done! They had to go to a local plumber and buy a part, then do the necessary checks to ensure the gas was properly capped. All of this could have been avoided if Range Master had advised them of what needed to be done. They turned a stressful and bad situation into a good one so many thanks as many installers would have probably just walked away! We are very grateful -excellent customer service! Disappointing that Range Master and John Lewis don't have the same "can do" attitude!!! Mick”

“Danny & Ryan came this morning to install a new cooker. They arrived on time having already called to let me know their ETA. They carried out their work in a polite and friendly manner and were fast and efficient at their job. They left having completed everything satisfactorily and without any disruption to our day. They were commendable representatives of kaboodle. Five stars and many thanks.”

“Jordan & Dale came and took our Rangemaster out as carefully as possible and again bought the new one in and put it in to place. They took away all the packing and were very courteous and helpful. I would recommend them and they are a credit to the company.”

“The two man installation team were excellent- courteous, efficient, and very helpful. But before that it took the administration team one week - and then only after chasing - to phone us to let us know that they had received our firdge for delivery and installation. Suggest that phone call should have been no more that two days.”

“Mark & Sean came and delivered and installed my new cooker, Mark found a gas leak in my boiler which I am grateful about because I had no idea about the leak. Both were very polite and professional.”

“When first delivery came they did not install it or take other one away as they said they were not trained to do it. Had to wait a week with new oven plonked in middle of my kitchen then found the oven was damaged. Today Steve arrived with a new oven which he fitted and took the damaged and old one away.”
