“prompt delivery. The 2 guys that installed the oven, Steve and Steve, were very efficient and very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were entirely happy with the oven”

“A triumph in the face of adversity - fog had closed the Dartford bridge but your team drove through London to get to me. They then found the existing electrics had been fitted incorrectly but over come this to make sure we had a working oven - we have been without an oven for 5 weeks! Team were very polite, clean and went above and beyond.”

“I found Pawel and Tony who delivered and planned to install my oven fantastic. They had a cheerful manner and were very helpful in explaining what they would do and how. After inspecting my item they also help identify a fault which i had missed. They were tidy, informative and cheeful throughout. I hope i get them again!!”

“Quick telephone call to book in delivery and installation - installers called when they were an hour away - installer service was excellent guys were very knowledgeable, clean and tidy and made sure everything was safe and working before they left.”

“Ryan and Ryan delivered my new range master cooker yesterday and I was impressed with how they carried the cooker in using body slings- no trolley with dirty wheels as I expected. They were professional and polite and the appliance was delivered and installed very quickly. Great job, thanks.”

“Ryan & Ryan were very prompt in keeping to the advised time. Access into my home was not easy, they dealt with the challenge without any fuss or damage to the appliance. Nothing was too much trouble.Excellent service from start to finish. Competitors who shall remain nameless can learn a lot from Ryan & Ryan”

“The delivery men were very pleasant, but shortly after they had left we noticed that there was dog mess all over our kitchen floor that had come from one of the men's boots. When you go into someone's house you should take care. Also I don't think they levelled my we fridge up very well.”

“Ryan and Ryan delivered my RangeMaster cooker today - a difficult access with a heavy delivery. They were very professional and delivered it with no complaints and were both very charming. We have had a number of items delivered recently but none of them were delivered without problems, difficulties or complaints to the exact spot we required them to be as this was. Many thanks to them both.”
