“I need to tell you what a great job Jordan and Matt did this morning. They contacted me to say they were on their way and arrived when they said they would. They installed the hob very efficiently, with no mess and even took the old one away. They were very polite and helpful; Matt went above and beyond by helping to release a bird that had become trapped in my house. Thanks Matt. :)”

“The two members of staff, Simon and Jack, yesterday installed our new Neff fridge freezer and thankfully removed the previous equipment. We were much impressed with their efficiency and helpfulness. The changeover was done with skill, no fuss and speed. They cleared away all materials left from the work leaving the kitchen tidy and clean. Given the distance they had had to travel and the early start from their home base we were very impressed with the care they took to complete the work satisfactorily.”

“Gary and Joel were very efficient, polite and obviously knew what they were doing. They arrived before 0730 and were gone within the hour, having disconnected and removed the old dishwasher and installed the replacement.”

“Steve and Steve arrived when they said they would, calling in advance to make sure someone was home and it was convenient. They were cheerful, friendly and explained exactly what the problem with my oven was, before explaining exactly how they were going to fix it which left me feeling informed and confident the repairs are lasting and not just a ‘quick fix’. Also made sure I was happy and had tested the fix out myself before they asked me to sign the work off. Couldn’t fault them!”

“Two very nice guys came to install our new Rangemaster - they engaged and entertained my curious toddler while also doing a fab job with the install. Sadly the gas supply fitting behind the old cooker was not positioned correctly so they also had to re-lay that at the same time. Very pleasant and hard working. Absolutely happy to see them turn up for our next home appliance delivery.”
