“Horrendous service. This firm have had our £2000 fridge freezer for 14 days now and have failed to deliver it because our postcode, which isn’t even remote, is not convenient to them. It’s now gone beyond its guaranteed delivery date and they really couldn’t care less. Staff members are very rude when you speak to them. This is a very expensive fridge freezer bought from John Lewis. This firm clearly are not fit to offer this service.”

“The guys who delivered and fitted our new oven were first class, mindful of social distancing but engaging and friendly. They were bang on time and the delivery and fitting took no more than 30 - 40 minutes and i would highly recommend and use Kaboodleit again.”

“Cannot recommend Kaboodle highly enough, the service throughout was excellent. We were kept informed from the first contact and on the DST if installation we had a call to say they would be with us within the hour and they were. The team was respectful, polite and extremely efficient and with the Covid 19 situation they adhered to all of the recommendations. Great company and great service .”

“Delivery was prompt and the installation of the new appliance was efficient and quick. The fitters were polite, they followed safety measures due to corona virus. They removed my old appliance and I was extremely satisfied with the service and would definitely use them again.”

“In the middle of this pandemic, their communication was excellent, they arrived on time, disconnected and removed the old washer/dryer, unpacked and installed the new one, removed all the packaging and left everything clean, tidy and working. Perfect.”

“Despite an initial wait for installation of a new washing machine, when we had to wait/chase for an installation date - fully accepting these are difficult times, the team phoned ahead their arrival time and were very efficient and thorough in both the installation and removal process including solving a last minute electrical problem - very pleased”

“Excellent customer service. Called quickly to arrange fitting my new range cooker and then called on the day to give me an estimated time of arrival. The 2 young men that fitted the appliance were courteous and installed the cooker in good time.”
