“Sending remittance is fast and Kabayan remit seemed to have the highest exchange rate amongst the remittance platforms that I’ve tried. The only downside is the rewards program that they created. I don’t feel that it’s rewarding since the points expire so quickly. I had 400 points that expired and now I am almost losing 200 points. Points should never expire as long as the account is active. It should be a program that rewards loyal customers and not penalizing them by forfeiting the earned points for not being able to redeem them so quickly.”

“I always use this app for sending money to Philippines. But I just don’t like the way the interact pay sometimes it gets delayed for Kabayan remit to receive and problems starts there. I wish they could give more time before they cancelled the transaction.”
