Don’t use this app. Charges are a lot, yet they still don’t seem to make it worth it every transaction. There’s no transaction that I made with them that I didn’t have problems. There’s always delay. Will uninstall this app now and delete my account.

Thank you for your feedback, and we apologize for any inconvenience you experienced with our service, Mary Aubrey. With our intention of fulfilling transactions faster, after creating one, it generally gets forwarded to the recipient Gcash automatically without human intervention. All of this happens immediately. If all the information is correct, most transactions are being fulfilled relatively quickly. However, upon checking with your transactions, Gcash was offline when we sent the funds, affecting delivery time. Again, we genuinely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

I was a happy customer of Kabayan Remit until today. They cancelled my transaction without any prior notice. I tried to email them and let them explain their side. The customer service said that they can cancel a transaction anytime. I asked them about a policy about it but could not provide proof. Upon discovery, they cancelled my transaction after the exchange rate was lower than my requested transaction. After what happened today, I could not trust this company anymore!

Please note that the system will automatically delete all unpaid/pending transactions at any time, as stated in the payment instruction email you received after you made the transaction, located in the body of the email. To avoid this kind of incident, we suggest sending the payment right away after you make a transaction. Receipt says, funds should be available in an hour. It’s been 9 hours past and funds are not credited to their account in the Phil yet. Two agents told me, it should be in their account already. They have to request for POD from the Philippines…. Send it to me… then I send it to my receiver…. Then go to a teller…. It’s a lot of work to do and funds are for emergency. For sure my last to do a transaction with them!

Transaction is delayed for 6 hours and can't even give reason why there was a delay..Customer service just advised you to monitor your transaction online.

Im not happy the result of your service. Asking a lot proof of fund etc. and in the end the remittance cancel. Well you just wasting our time. Just so upsetting im not recommending your service to other.

As a Money Service Business (MSB) regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), we are unable to process third-party transactions. This policy is also stated on our website and app. We recommend that your friend create their own transaction to be processed. Upon checking your account, your receiver has their own account. Please rest assured that your transaction will be refunded to your Interac e-Transfer sending account. Absolutely worse system.ever . Will never try again. Took my money then froze it then made me call long distance at 11 at night to verify me by voice asking me the rediculause questions the app already asked after taking photos of every I'd I have . I'll have my guys look into your company cause it's very very scetchy

Service was sooo very slow the deluvery of gcash was already 10 days from now!! The 2nd day we do gcash because the money need for emergency due to typhoon. Is there any reason thst they can not follow the kabayan remit in their system of what bank connected them I am requesting refund the money hecause I sent already another money So hopefully this may be resolved soon!!’ Why don’t track the money in the bank They mentioned that i will follow up to G cash And i deal with them for the service and payment is in kabayan remit Please help fyi its 10 days!! Its over Please return the money!! Thank you

Im not happy I got stress!! Although its a very small money that mibey sent on August 31 and until now to gcash was nit yet remitted to receiver!! I am requesting to refund on ut My conbection to send this money is Asenso Remit and we’re requesting the refundable of the money because we gave money thru gcash last Wednesday night Thank you for helpung us Please escalate

if there is a zero option here. i will put zero option. I sent money on Aug. 20, 2024. deducted immediately, upon checking after 7 days. They never sent my money. I am trying to call the customer service, but no one is answering. I will report this to asap. and please dont use this!

If there is any transaction that we were unable to process, the amount sent will be refunded to your sending account. The refund process typically takes 2-3 working days, depending on your bank. You cannot even send money to a friend. LOL I should've said "abuloy ko for my friend" rather than "ipinasuyo sakin ng friend ko." I e-transferred the money right away but they cannot e-transfer it back to me, ridiculous. >_

If the transaction involves funds from a friend, we suggest that your friend create their own account for seamless processing. Additionally, we recommend using your referral link to invite your friend who needs to send money to the Philippines. When sending money to a mobile wallet, please keep in mind to check if the receiver's number is verified and the provider's name is. My experience was terrible, my daughter and my son, sent a big amount (P125,000 each, total of P250,000), they canceled without any notice, no email no text, my family back home waited for a week for the money but didn't arrived, my kids checked their transaction after 6 days, that's how they saw that their transaction was canceled, Imagine for 6 days, they if my kids didn't checked our money, they are using it for their benefit, we sent the money for emergency purposes but they canceled without any notice, we work hard to earn money here in Canada and we'll lose it for this company! I'm so very upset. So no more Kabayan remit for me. This is a fraud!
